Yes. We offer Amazon FBA-compliant fulfillment, including barcode labeling (FNSKU), poly bagging, case packing, pallet labeling, and shipping documentation. We work with Amazon-preferred carriers and have experience shipping FBA to US, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Japan fulfillment centers. DDP shipping available for clear total landed cost.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we handle everything: export customs, freight, import customs, duty payment, and final delivery to your door, one price, no surprises. Recommended for first-time importers who want a hassle-free experience. Price is higher than FOB or EXW, but you avoid unexpected customs fees, delays, and paperwork.

We take IP protection seriously. We sign NDAs and NNN (Non-Use, Non-Disclosure, Non-Circumvention) agreements. For OEM clients: your design files and specifications remain your property. For ODM: mutually agreed IP ownership terms in the contract. Molds and tooling owned by you remain under your control. We do not share client designs with third parties. For critical IP, we recommend design patent registration in China as additional protection.

Chinese New Year (CNY) typically falls in January or February. Production closes for 10-14 days. We recommend placing orders 6-8 weeks before CNY to ensure production completion before the holiday. Post-CNY, production ramps up over 1-2 weeks. Q1 capacity is tight as factories fulfill pre-CNY backlog. We monitor the official CNY schedule annually and advise clients in advance.
