Ordering Terms for OEM/ODM Buyers

Minimum Order Quantity

MOQ is set by one question: whose design is it, and does it need a new mold? In-stock ODM starts at 500 units; a full OEM program with new tooling starts at 3,000.

Logo technique also sets a floor: laser engraving holds at 500, one-colour silk screen needs 1,000, and full-colour UV printing needs 3,000.

FOB Shenzhen Pricing

We quote FOB Shenzhen in USD. Prices fall 10–18% at 5,000+ units, and factory-direct pricing runs 20–40% below what a trading company quotes for the same product.

Volume

Tiered pricing drops 10–18% at 5,000+ units. Orders between 2,000 and 4,000 units receive a proportional step.

Factory vs trader

Buying direct runs 20–40% below trading-company quotes. We are the manufacturing entity, not an intermediary.

Cost drivers

Cells are 35–50% of BOM. Laser or silk-screen branding adds $0.30–0.80/unit; a retractable cable adds $1–2.

Per-model price tables live on the product pages for GaN chargers, power banks, wireless chargers and car chargers.

All prices exclude shipping, duties and certification fees. Duty and VAT are a separate calculation — see import costs.

Payment Terms

First orders run on 30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T. After three completed orders we can move to net-30, and orders above $50,000 can be settled by letter of credit.

Warranty & Claims

Warranty runs by product line, not by negotiation: 12 months on power banks and wireless chargers, 24 months on GaN and car chargers — twice the 12 months most factories offer.

The clock starts on the date of delivery.
Claims require photographic or video evidence and are processed within 15 business days.
Our after-sales team responds to quality issues within 4 business hours.
Confirmed manufacturing defects are settled by replacement units or a credit on your next order.
Modified, disassembled or out-of-specification use is not covered.

Samples & Prototypes

Stock samples ship in 3–7 days. Custom samples take longer because they run through a real sample build — 10–15 business days. The sample fee is credited against your first bulk order above MOQ.

Lead Time

In-stock ODM production takes 25–35 days. Custom packaging pushes that to 35–45, structural changes to 35–50, and a program with brand-new tooling takes 2–4 months end to end.

Door to door for an in-stock 500-unit order to the EU runs about 10–12 weeks: 1–2 weeks sample, 4–5 weeks production, 4–5 weeks sea freight.

Quality Behind the Terms

Every unit passes four inspection stages and a 100% four-hour aging test. Outgoing defect rate runs below 0.3% against an industry 2–5%, and on-time delivery is above 97%.

Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or TÜV Rheinland can be arranged on request, typically $300–800 per inspection, and we hold 47 Qi2-certified products.
