Yes. We offer End-to-End solutions including ID design, PCBA engineering, tooling, and mass production at our ISO 9001 certified facility.
What certifications do your products carry? +
All products are engineered to meet global standards, including CE, FCC, RoHS, and Qi (WPC certified). Our factory currently holds 47 Qi2-certified products (WPC certified product database, 2025) with a 99.2% ATL testing pass rate (WPC ATL test records, 2025-2026). We also assist clients in obtaining specific local certifications like UL, PSE, or KC.
What is your production capacity and lead time? +
Our factory can produce 1 million+ units monthly. Standard OEM orders ship within 25-30 days after sample approval. For new ODM projects with tooling, timeline is approximately 45-60 days from design approval. Rush orders available with dedicated production lines.
How do you ensure product quality and safety? +
We implement a 4-stage QC process: IQC (Incoming), IPQC (In-process), FQC (Final), and OQC (Outgoing). 100% of products undergo a 4-hour aging test before shipping. Our facility is ISO 9001 certified.
