WOWOHCOOL ("wow", "oh", "cool") is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only the personal data necessary to process orders, communicate with you, and improve our services. Personal data may include name, company, shipping address, billing information, email and phone.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Where we share data with service providers (logistics, payment processors, analytics), we require them to keep the data secure and use it only for the stated purpose.

Cookies & Tracking

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve performance, provide analytics, and remember preferences. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can control cookie settings via your browser, but disabling certain cookies may limit site functionality.

Ordering & Payment

For custom or OEM/ODM orders, we typically require a deposit (commonly 30%–50%) to confirm production. Order details, quotations and payment terms are specified in the contract or proforma invoice. We accept payment by bank transfer (T/T), major international payment gateways where available, or other agreed methods.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and import duties unless explicitly stated. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

We coordinate global shipping via air, sea or express couriers depending on your preference and order size. Typical production lead time for mass orders is 25–45 days after final sample approval, subject to raw material availability.

Before shipment we perform final inspections and prepare packaging according to agreed specifications. Customers are notified when shipments are ready and provided with tracking details. Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed at contract stage — common terms include FOB (Shenzhen) and CIF. Please confirm your preferred Incoterm at order confirmation.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

For defective products covered by our warranty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and a description of the issue. We provide inspection, repair, replacement, or refund depending on the fault and the agreed terms.

For custom-made or non-standard products, returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects. Shipping and handling costs for returns are determined case-by-case and may be covered by WOWOHCOOL when the fault is proven to be ours.

Standard warranty terms (e.g., 12 months) apply unless otherwise agreed. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

Quality & Compliance

WOWOHCOOL adheres to global quality and safety standards. We can support regulatory testing and certification including CE, FCC and RoHS where required. All products undergo in-house inspection and optional third-party testing upon request.

For regulatory or certification requests, please inform your sales contact early in the project so we can include certification planning in timelines and cost estimates.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our products, designs and website content remain with WOWOHCOOL or our licensors unless otherwise assigned under contract. Customers requesting bespoke designs should ensure they have the rights to use any supplied artwork, logos, or designs.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WOWOHCOOL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or delays. Our total liability for any claim related to product defect or non-performance is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected products.

In case of disputes, parties will first seek amicable settlement. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under the governing law agreed in the sales contract.
